On the exterior, scaffolding is down, revealing the building’s impressive design along Broadway.

Inside, the building team has made great progress with flooring, tiling, and cabinetry moving steadily through each floor.

The basement raft slab at Melvista is currently in construction with more than 360 cubic metres of concrete poured this week, that's a lot of concrete!

It's been a busy two months of excavating and getting the building out of the ground! Despite some stormy weather, our construction team have made great progress this month with concrete pouring and completing the basement footprint.

The blinding layer you can see pictured is a working platform for the basement construction, including the installation of temporary support sheet piles. We’re now getting it all reinforced with the tower crane base installation, and we will have more concrete going in to build up the footings and basement slab.
